I thought I'd start off this blog by telling you about what's been bugging me with my current operations in a new radio station we are trying to build for the rock community of South Africa.
First off, truth be told there are people who do the talk and people who do the talk. The sad thing is for every ten talkers there's one person does the walk. Bravo this and bravo that and when they’re asked to help the boat sail into the right direction it's "ah sorry no can do I've got a bit of work to take care of" or "come back to me when you're successful in the project".
Here's the thing...if you're "waiting" then trust me...when the project is successful...you're the last person I will come to. Yuu see it was successful without you so interestingly enough when the fruit is there to be picked from the beautiful little tree you DIDNT help grow. Well....carry on waiting because that's all you get.
Those who wait will always be waiting...those who lend a hand will have that hand filled with gold in return.
